Collection: New Gully Workshop

Guri Kobo is a glass studio located in Samukawa-cho, Kanagawa Prefecture, that uses oxygen burner work.
Led by glass artist Kumiko Tonogi, the shop has five other glass artists working as staff members, and also offers glass pen making experiences for the general public.

Kumiko Tonogi
GuriWhile studying glass design at Tama Art University, he gained experience as a trainee at a glass studio in Seattle, USA.
After graduating from university, he was selected as a glass artist to participate in the "Japanese Glass Exhibition" (Odakyu Museum of Art) and then established "Guri Studio". Since establishing "Guri Studio", he has been building a track record as a glass artist for over 20 years, producing many wonderful works at solo exhibitions and experience classes.

The workshop is expanded and relocated to Samukawa-cho.
